Notice on Holding the "2023 China Outstanding Medical Talents International Training Project"

In order to strengthen the innovation and construction of medical talents in China, further improve the internationalization level of medical talents, and vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening health. This special training was launched by the China Medical Education Association as the "2023 China Outstanding Medical Talents International Training Program (Scholarship)". Participants in this project will personally visit the world's top medical institutions to understand their practical and operational advantages, and participate in clinical and surgical observation. The form and content include case discussion, teaching rounds, surgical observation, hospital morning meetings, academic conferences, team building, etc.

II. Project Introduction

Training period: April 2023 to December 2023

Training form: offline

Teaching mode:

(1) Excellent leadership training;

(2) Clinical backbone;

(3) Training and training of top scientists

Training location: Global excellent scientific research institutions or medical institutions;

Training market: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years (depending on the specific project);

Travel time: The leadership training starts in 10 batches. Clinical and scientific research training starts in 5 batches.

III. Selection Objects

Select 300 hospital managers, medical talents, and outstanding young people from across the country to participate in training and learning in outstanding research institutions or medical institutions around the world.

IV. Training Features

The project will select outstanding medical personnel from hospitals at all levels nationwide to participate in the "2023 China Outstanding Medical Talents International Training Program (Scholarship)" and receive scholarship funding. After the completion of the project, a certificate of completion will be issued by the research institution.

V. Application Conditions

（1） Senior and middle level leaders, project leaders, discipline leaders, and clinical nurses in domestic hospitals

Backbones, training objects, etc;

（2） Achieve certain academic achievements in the discipline field in which you are engaged, and have a strong ability to

（3） Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

（4） Willing to go to some universities, research institutions, or medical institutions around the world for research and training. Priority will be given to those who have received formal invitations from overseas medical research institutions or medical institutions.
