Notice on Holding a Daytime Medical Quality and Safety Management Exchange Meeting

All relevant hospitals:

In order to implement the spirit and relevant requirements of documents such as the Guiding Opinions on the High Quality Development of Public Hospitals, the Promotion Action for High Quality Development of Public Hospitals (2021-2025), and the Interim Provisions on the Management of Daytime Medical Quality in Medical Institutions, promote the implementation of relevant work on daytime medical management, step by step improve the standardized and scientific development of daytime medical care, continuously improve the ability of daytime medical services, and effectively ensure medical quality and patient safety. After research, the Institute of Hospital Management of the National Health Commission plans to hold a daytime medical quality and safety management exchange meeting in Taicang First People's Hospital on April 15, 2023. The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

II. Meeting Contents

（1） Policy interpretation of "Interim Provisions on Daytime Medical Quality Management in Medical Institutions";

（2） Sharing of daytime medical quality and safety management experience;

（3） Special exchange on medical quality and safety management during the day.

III. Participants

（1） Person in charge of relevant departments and bureaus of the National Health Commission;

（2） Person in charge of the Hospital Management Research Institute of the National Health Commission;

（3） Heads and relevant personnel of health administrative departments at all levels in Jiangsu Province;

（4） Heads of various medical institutions at all levels, leaders in charge of daytime medical care, heads of daytime medical departments, and professional and technical personnel;

（5） Specially invited experts and scholars in the field of daytime medical care.

IV. Meeting Time

Report on April 14th, hold a one-day meeting on April 15th, and leave the meeting on the morning of April 16th.

VI. Other Matters

（1） Registration fee is free for the conference. Participants are requested to email the receipt form (see Attachment 1) to the designated mailbox of the Hospital Research Institute before April 1.

（2） There will be no transfer station for the meeting, and the transportation, accommodation, and expenses of the participants will be arranged by themselves.
