Notice on Holding a Daytime Medical Quality and Safety Management Exchange Meeting

Relevant hospitals:

In order to implement the spirit and relevant requirements of such documents as the Guiding Opinions on the High Quality Development of Public Hospitals, the High Quality Development Promotion Action of Public Hospitals (2021-2025), and the Interim Provisions on the Quality Management of Daytime Medical Care in Medical Institutions, promote the work related to the management of daytime medical care, step by step improve the standardized and scientific development of daytime medical care, constantly improve the ability of daytime medical service, and effectively ensure medical quality and patient safety. After research, the Hospital Management Research Institute of the National Health Commission plans to hold a daytime medical quality and safety management exchange meeting on April 15, 2023 at the First People's Hospital of Taicang City. The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

2. Meeting Content

（1） Policy interpretation of the "Interim Regulations on Daytime Medical Quality Management of Medical Institutions";

（2） Sharing of experience in daytime medical quality and safety management;

（3） Special exchange on daytime medical quality and safety management.

III. Participants

（1） Person in charge of relevant departments and bureaus of the National Health Commission;

（2） The relevant person in charge of the Hospital Management Research Institute of the National Health Commission;

（3） Heads and relevant personnel of health administrative departments at all levels in Jiangsu Province;

（4） Leaders of various levels and types of medical institutions, leaders of daytime medical supervisors, heads of daytime medical departments, and professional technical personnel;

（5） Invited experts and scholars in the field of daytime healthcare.

4. Meeting Time

Report on April 14th, hold a one-day meeting on April 15th, and depart on the morning of April 16th.

VI. Other Matters

（1） Registration fees are waived for the conference. Participants are requested to email the receipt form (see Attachment 1) to the designated email address of the hospital research institute before April 1st.

（2） The meeting will not arrange pick-up and drop off stations, and participants will arrange their own transportation, accommodation, and expenses.
