Changzhou First People's Hospital successfully completed its study in Israel

In order to further improve the overall quality of hospital personnel, promote the development of the hospital, and better provide high-quality medical and health services to the masses, Changzhou First People's Hospital has increased its efforts in continuing education and personnel training, striving to build a health talent team with sufficient quantity, high quality, optimized structure, and reasonable distribution.

Aiwo Medical has always had a good cooperative relationship with Changzhou First People's Hospital, understanding the hospital's needs for talent cultivation. Through communication between the two parties, Aiwo Medical has carefully arranged learning courses, and developed a reasonable and targeted learning plan tailored for the hospital.

On April 8th, under the arrangement of Aiwo medical staff, Professor Zhang Xiaoying, Party Secretary of Changzhou First People's Hospital, led a team to study at Israel's Reuben Hospital. Riben Hospital is the largest hospital in northern Israel, serving 2 million people around it. It is a tertiary referral center for 12 regional hospitals, as well as a referral hospital for the Northern Command of the Israel Defense Forces, the Sixth Fleet of the United States Navy, and the United Nations peacekeeping forces stationed in the region.

Highlights of Ruiben Hospital

The number of traumatic diseases treated by Rabin Hospital is the highest in Israel and has the highest cure rate.

More than 800 professionals from 60 countries have received emergency training in trauma first aid and mass casualty events at the Ruiben Hospital.

The underground emergency preparedness hospital of Ryuben Hospital is the most advanced hospital in the same field in the world.

For the first time, human embryonic stem cells were co synthesized in Ruiben Hospital. The world's first cardiac stem cell was created here.

The joint scientific and technological research and development team of Ruiben Hospital has an important impact on global medicine: capsule endoscopy, stem cells, gene map, and tumor vaccine.

For the arrival of the team, Dr Professor Avi Weissman extended a warm welcome and showed everyone around the relevant departments of the hospital. Next, Ronit Hirshberg, Director Ph.D. brought us exciting courses such as "The Israeli Medical System and International Cooperation". Later, I systematically studied characteristic courses such as the Department of Cardiology and Cardiology, Neurosurgery, etc. of Ruiben Hospital.

After finishing his study at Rabin Hospital, Dr. Xia said, "I will never forget the positive thinking, persistent questioning and exploration, positive innovation, optimistic and positive work attitude, and rigorous work style of Israeli medical personnel.".

Time quietly slipped through the fingers, and the half month of study days had unwittingly ended. Doctors at Changzhou First People's Hospital expressed their willingness to bring their valuable intellectual wealth back to the hospital and departments, meeting the expectations of their leaders. At the same time, I would like to thank our colleagues at Aiwo for their hard work and seamless connection with all the arrangements for this study. All work arrangements are thoughtful and careful, ranging from hospital docking to curriculum arrangements to plug converters, which provide convenience for everyone's travel and life, and also provide a good platform for us to learn.
