　　The 2024 American Pancreatic Association (APA) Annual Meeting (APA/JPS/CPA/IAP Joint Annual Meeting) will be held in Lahaina, Maui, USA from December 9 to 12, 2024.

　　The APA Annual Meeting brings together pancreatologists (medical pancreatologists, endoscopists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, oncologists, and basic scientists) from around the world to share and discuss current clinical and laboratory research findings relevant to the field.

　　2. Introduction to the American Pancreatic Association

　　The American Pancreatic Association (APA) is a membership organization of physicians and researchers interested in exocrine pancreatic diseases. Its mission is to promote clinical and basic science research necessary to cure pancreatic diseases.

　　The Association recognizes that progress in understanding, diagnosing and treating pancreatic disease requires a multidisciplinary approach and is expanding participation from all pancreatic disciplines. The American Pancreatic Association Annual Meeting is the cornerstone of the Association's organization, bringing together diverse groups to discuss topics related to pancreatic disease.
