Singapore hospitals, which have always been "patient-oriented", continue to improve service levels and continuously improve patient satisfaction.
In order to improve the level of medical service management and meet the development needs of the domestic medical field, this project introduces Singapore's advanced experience and management concepts in the field of medical services through international cooperation and exchanges, and cultivates the management capabilities and standards of domestic hospital personnel. In Singapore, which is dominated by Chinese, Chinese is widely used, making our training more direct and effective both in classroom teaching and communication and interaction with colleagues in the industry.
Through project training, domestic hospital personnel will be able to understand the management concepts and operating methods of Singapore's medical service industry, broaden their horizons, and improve their own management capabilities and standards.
