Learning location: classrooms at Harvard Medical School in Boston's Changmu Medical District (LMA), Massachusetts General Hospital, and other hospitals;

Trainees: Secretary, Dean, Vice President, Middle and Senior Management Personnel of National Grade 3A Hospitals.
