Project Background
In order to meet the training needs of hospitals for middle level management talents, Aiwo Medical will launch the "Hospital Department Management Cadre Training Project". The project plans to employ senior managers from well-known hospitals both at home and abroad to comprehensively and deeply explain "efficient operation and management skills of modern hospital departments", further improving the quality and management level of hospital department management cadres, enhancing the core competitiveness of the discipline, and providing intellectual support for the development of the hospital.
The design of this project is based on the concept of unity of knowledge and practice, promoting continuous learning by medical and nursing personnel in practical work, actively absorbing advanced ideas and methods, optimizing the knowledge structure, stimulating innovation awareness, continuously improving the standardization, refinement, and scientization of hospital management, and helping the hospital to achieve its strategic development goals.

Project Significance
