The International Nursing Management Training Project is being launched

Project Background

To meet the training needs of Chinese hospitals for nursing talents, and promote cooperation and exchange between China and the international community in the field of medical and health care. The project plans to employ senior nursing experts from well-known foreign hospitals to provide a comprehensive and in-depth explanation of global nursing supply, to enhance understanding of national and international health policies and drivers related to nursing. Through collaboration and experiential learning, explore the challenges of local health policies and develop potential strategies to address these challenges. Understand new trends and experiences in the field of nursing, broaden horizons, establish new management concepts, and improve decision-making and execution

Project content

Project Theme: Hospital Nursing Training Project

Training objects: clinical specialized nursing backbone, head nurse, director of nursing department, etc. of the hospital and its medical consortium

Training purpose: To learn about the overseas nursing and medical system and management experience, and promote the development of the domestic hospital nursing industry
