Recruit talents and attract talents

In order to further promote the health internationalization strategy, strengthen exchanges with overseas medical and health fields, comprehensively strengthen the construction of health and family planning talent team, and provide strong talent reserves and intellectual support for the development of the medical and health system. It is proposed to organize a group to carry out talent and talent introduction activities overseas, and the formulation plan is as follows:

Visit time and country:

In May, I went to the United States and Canada

In July, I went to the United States and Mexico

In September, I went to the United States and the United Kingdom

In November, I went to Israel, Sweden, etc.

Activity arrangement

Hold a medical and health talent introduction and promotion conference

Location: Major overseas medical schools and affiliated hospitals

Content:

(1) Introduction to medical and health work in domestic hospitals and promotion of talent policies

(2) Release a demand plan for overseas talent recruitment and talent introduction along with the group medical institutions

(3) Conduct on-site communication with overseas talents

(4) Initial letter of intent with interested overseas talents and exchange projects

1. United States: Harvard University Medical School: Visit simulated medical centers and other sites to strengthen medical academic exchanges and hospital cooperation between the two sides

University of Toronto, Canada: Visit the University of Toronto to explore ways to strengthen cooperation in the cultivation of medical and health talents between the two sides, and promote exchanges in medical disciplines between the two sides

Sweden: Karolinska Medical College, Lund University, Uppsala University, and other universities and affiliated hospitals

4. UK: University College London, the University of Manchester, Imperial University of Technology and other universities and their affiliated hospitals
