The "2018 Jiangsu Provincial Health Management Personnel Training Course" organized by the Suzhou Overseas Talent Liaison Station was successfully completed on May 27. The trainees of this training course are composed of health management personnel from Class III hospitals and health administrative units in Jiangsu Province.

During the study, the students focused on learning Singapore's healthcare system and hospital fine management, innovative thinking of leaders, core competitiveness cultivation and cultural construction of Singapore hospitals, risk prevention and crisis management. Through careful explanation of the lecturers' examples and theoretical comparison and demonstration, the trainees gained a preliminary understanding of Singapore's medical insurance system, medical system, and hospital management direction.

Singapore's health care system is perfect and the overall level is at the forefront of the world, which is of great reference value for domestic hospitals. The participants fully understood and learned the advanced hospital management and thinking models in Singapore through observation, study, and field visits. During the teaching process, the lecturer and the students also discussed the two main topics of "scientific leadership" and "hospital culture construction". In addition, the participants also visited the National University Hospital of Singapore (NUH) and Singapore Changi General Hospital, which are very representative of Singapore's public hospitals.

During the study period, the students exchanged and discussed the content they had learned and their insights in recent days, The participants expressed a lot of insights into Singapore's medical insurance system, healthcare groups, doctor-patient communication and cultural construction, I believe that the knowledge I have learned can be a good reference for domestic hospital management, and effectively integrate the advanced concepts and management tools I have learned with hospital management to improve the level of medical services.

After the completion of all courses, all students gained a basic understanding of Singapore's advanced healthcare system, and highly appreciated the curriculum, schedule, and other aspects of this project.

In January 2018, Aiwo Medical was officially awarded the "Overseas Talent Liaison Station" by the Suzhou Municipal Government, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and the Suzhou Health and Family Planning Commission.
