The Fourth Training Course for Department Management Cadres in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University

　　To meet the training needs of Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital for middle level management talents, learn the management experience and hospital culture of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. In the spirit of mutual learning and progress, on January 5th, 2019, the "Fourth Department Management Cadre Training Course of Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital", sponsored by Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital and undertaken by Aiwo Medical, visited and studied in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. Nearly 100 hospital leaders and middle level cadres participated in the learning and training.

　　Professor Zhao Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, gave a lecture on "Hospital Culture Construction Led by Party Construction". He introduced the specific situation of provincial people's medicine from three aspects: hospital overview, hospital cultural construction, thinking and prospects.

　　After the meeting, everyone divided into groups to visit and study institutions and departments such as the Drug Research Center, the newly built building, the Scientific Research Conversion Center, and the Thoracic Surgery Department of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. The relevant heads of each department warmly received them, and gave a detailed explanation of the design concept, functional layout, flow of people, logistics trends, and intelligent application of the building. The personnel from both sides exchanged in-depth views.
