The Guangdong Provincial "High level Hospital Construction" Promotion Conference and the Guangdong Jiangsu Zhejiang Hospital Internationalization Development Seminar were successfully held

　　"High level hospital construction" is an important measure for the health development of Guangdong Province. In order to promote and assist the implementation of policies and the implementation of results, on May 11th, under the guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Health and Health Commission, the Guangdong Provincial "High level hospital construction" promotion conference and the Guangdong Jiangzhe Hospital International Development Seminar sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Hospital Association and undertaken by Guangdong Aiwo Medical Co., Ltd. were grandly held at the Time Conference International Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, from Guangdong, Zhejiang Nearly 300 participants from high-level hospitals and governments in Jiangsu Province attended the meeting

　　Inspector Liu Guanxian of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission made the following three suggestions on building a high-level hospital:

　　1、 It is to promote key construction hospitals to deepen comprehensive reform and build them into first-class medical institutions in China

　　2、 It is to encourage and vigorously strengthen the cultivation and introduction of talent backbones, and enhance the soft power of hospitals

　　3、 It is to build a medical and related discipline group with reasonable layout, prominent characteristics, and obvious advantages

　　The meeting also invited Cao Jie, President of Guangzhou First People's Hospital, Qiu Chen, President of Shenzhen People's Hospital, Kuang Ming, Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Chen Zhengying, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical School, Liu Limin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shao Yifu Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical School, Vice President of Suzhou University, Chen Weichang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University, and Zhan Yiyang, Vice President of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital Huang Jinkun, Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Chen Yongsong, Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical School, and Lu Chongmao, President of Shenzhen Hospital of Hong Kong University, together with 10 experts and scholars with rich hospital management experience from Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, shared ideas for the development of high-level hospitals, development practices of talent innovation, and discipline construction, providing valuable experience for hospital managers

　　At the end of the meeting, there was a dialogue session presided over by Zhou Zixiao, Director of the Personnel Department of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission. The guests present included Tan Weiliang, Director of the Suzhou Municipal Health Commission, Zhan Yiyang, Vice President of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, Huang Jinkun, Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Cao Jie, Director of the Guangzhou First People's Hospital, Lu Chongmao, Director of the Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong Chen Yongsong, Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University School of Medicine, held a live dialogue on issues such as international cooperation, international talent cultivation, and the introduction of high-level overseas talents by the hospital
