Changes in endorsements and evidentiary requirements

Changes have been made to the evidence of applicants in the field of art and culture: letters of support from organizations or individuals who have worked directly with the applicant are required, so that their skills can be reviewed through personal experience rather than through reputation. This is to ensure that the author has a first-hand knowledge of the applicant's work and to prevent submitting more general letters, as this does not fully support the claim of a particular talent or commitment.

Changes have been made to the evidence of applicants in the field of digital technology: Applicants are required to provide support letters from individuals who have detailed knowledge of the applicant's work for at least 12 months. This is to ensure that the author can fully consider the applicant's work to support the outstanding or potential talents proposed by the applicant.
