　　Purpose of visit

　　In-depth exploration of the combination of advanced Western management theories and experience with national conditions, mastering the latest management skills, on-site inspections and experience of high-quality medical management in British hospitals, and exploration of cooperation opportunities between the two hospitals to jointly promote the development of medical and health care.

date	Specific course/activity content
first day	Depart domestically, pick up at the hotel, and check in.
the next day	Opening ceremony; hospital observation - Royal London Hospital, visits to departments, ward rounds; Roundtable lecture: Focus on hospital leadership management; Reception dinner.
The third day	Visit St. Bartholomew's Hospital and learn about its operations (high-level talks); Visited Newham Hospital to understand the hospital's operations and discuss cooperation between the two hospitals.
The fourth day	Visit Mile End Hospital, visit departments, and conduct ward rounds; Course study: The UK healthcare system and the core competencies of hospitals.
