　　Rambam Health Care Campus was founded in 1938 by the British government that ruled the region at the time. It is part of the Rappaport Medical School's Faculty of Technology, Rappaport Research Institute (all located on Rambam campus), as well as the Nursing Department and School of Public Health of the University of Haifa.
