2023 International Health Cooperation Conference (HICC) - Academic Session of Huai'an First Hospital

In the afternoon of May 30, the academic session series of 2023 International Health Cooperation Conference (HICC) - Huai'an First People's Hospital Station was successfully held. The head of EVO Medical International Medical Department and Cooperation Department, together with Rabin Medical Center in Israel Professor Nir Wasserberg, Director of Surgery Department, Medical Center, and Sadot, Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery Department Professor Eran and Ms. Yu Chunhui from the Israeli health sector visited the First People's Hospital of Huai'an City. Yang Xiaozhong, the president of Huai'an First People's Hospital, Gao Yong, the vice president, Zhang Hong, the director of the medical department, and leaders of relevant departments attended the event.

Dean Yang Xiaozhong led Professor Nir Wasserberg and his team to conduct on-site inspections of the hospital's central laboratory, animal experiments, outpatient hall, and ICU. Nir Professor Wasserberg and Sadot Professor Eran acknowledges the hospital's scientific research level and the construction of a biological sample library. In the outpatient hall, the head of the outpatient customer service center introduced the intelligent outpatient treatment and convenient payment and appointment methods to the Israeli delegation. Foreign experts highly praised the hospital's outpatient work.

After visiting the hospital environment, the two professors went to the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department and the Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery Department for visits and exchanges. Director Tao Guoquan, Director of Gastrointestinal Surgery, commented on Nir Professor Wasserberg warmly welcomed the exchange and guidance of gastrointestinal surgery and introduced the development of the department, clinical research achievements, and subject construction. He also discussed a special case. Nir Professor Wasserberg also introduced many new research and perspectives on this case, and the atmosphere on site was enthusiastic.

Director Qi of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Department addressed Sadot Welcome to Eran's arrival. Associate Professor Yu Yabin of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery introduced to the visitors the development history, personnel composition, operation, clinical research achievements, and subject construction of the department. On site and in collaboration with Sadot Professor Eran held a discussion on a case, and there was a strong academic atmosphere on site. Finally, led by Director Qi Fuzhen, Sadot Professor Eran visited the department. Professor Sadot Eran was deeply impressed by the clinical team, standardized diagnosis and treatment procedures, and meticulous diagnosis and treatment projects of the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Department.

Both parties stated that they will strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation on the service platform provided by EVO Medical in the future, and jointly promote the development of the medical industry.
