2023 Singapore Hospital Senior Management Talent Training Program

In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), further solidly promote the fine management and high-quality development of hospitals, improve the quality and management level of hospital management cadres, expand their horizons for middle and senior management cadres of hospitals, learn from foreign development concepts, and assist in high-quality development of hospitals.

The "2023 Singapore Hospital Senior Management Talent Training Program" training course, sponsored by the China Medical Education Association, will begin on May 7, 2023. The students of this training course will go to well-known hospitals in Singapore to conduct in-depth visits, exchange and learn, interact with mentors on professional issues, promote hospital discipline construction and talent cultivation, and assist in the high-quality development of the hospital.

Training Features

1. A professional course in public health emergency management to share Singapore's experience in dealing with major emergencies and how to prevent crises: Famous university professors and current public health institution executives are invited to give joint lectures to understand the importance of Singapore's national governance mechanism and government crisis early warning and future planning, and to analyze Singapore's hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system as well as cross sectoral cooperation and expert collaboration mechanisms.

2. Visit local medical institutions in Singapore to personally experience Singapore's public health management model and share Singapore's multi-party collaborative response to the crisis: Communicate the role played by grassroots organizations in emergencies, and how to leverage the effectiveness of zoning, grading, and diversion in different regional medical institutions.

3. Certificate of Completion at Home and Abroad: After completing the teaching cycle, students will be issued a certificate of completion by the Singapore Training Hospital and the China Medical Education Association, respectively.
