Project Background

This project aims to further improve the quality and management level of hospital management cadres, enhance the core competitiveness of the discipline, and provide intellectual support for the development of hospitals by inviting senior managers from top foreign hospitals to comprehensively and deeply explain "hospital management"

Training Overview

Training frequency: Online training is held twice a month, and offline training is held for 7 days (it is expected to go abroad for training in batches in May, October, and December)

Training location: well-known hospitals in the United States

3. Training mode: ZOOM online centralized training

4. Training objects: middle and senior levels of hospitals, functional department heads, etc.

Teaching units: Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Harvard Medical School, etc.

Learning topics: business management, hospital logistics management, performance management, quality control, patient safety, information management, department management, human resources, nursing management, discipline construction, hospital culture construction, professional literacy, etc.

7. Training significance: From the macro and micro perspectives of the medical structure, study the phenomena and laws in the operation process of the hospital, use management theories and methods to plan, organize, coordinate, and control resources such as human, financial, material, information, and time, and give full play to the overall operational functions, with a view to improving the quality of medical services and operational efficiency of the hospital
