Project Background

Background

In recent years, Guangdong Province has actively focused on accelerating the construction of an international talent highland, comprehensively promoting the leading talent plan, foreign technical and other talent introduction plans, formulating and introducing multiple types of open incentive policies for the introduction of high-level overseas talents, building a platform for employers to exchange and cooperate with high-level overseas talents, and widely attracting outstanding foreign talents to come to China for employment and development.

In order to implement the spirit of the "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the High Quality Development of Public Hospitals" (GBF [2021] No. 18), promote the high quality development of public hospitals in Guangdong Province, further improve the quality and efficiency of medical and health services, and better meet the growing medical and health service needs of the people. The "2022-2023 Overseas Medical and Health Talents Introduction and Promotion Conference" was jointly organized by the Guangdong Science and Technology Cooperation Research Promotion Center and the China Medical Education Association. This promotion conference adopts the combination of online and offline forms, allowing domestic and foreign medical institutions and talents to meet across geographical and time barriers to jointly explore current and future development opportunities.
