I. Introduction to Project Cooperation Units

Harvard Medical School HMS is a graduate medical school at Harvard University. Located in Boston's Long Wood Medical District. The college has many outstanding professors working here in teaching, research, and clinical medicine. The college also has many affiliated teaching hospitals and research units in Boston, with a total of 2900 full-time and part-time professors and employees. The advantageous disciplines of Harvard Medical School include: biomedicine, immunology, neuroscience, virology, audiology and speech pathology, human biology, pharmacology, etc

Harvard Medical School has multiple affiliated hospitals, including Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana Faber Cancer Institute, Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital, McLean Hospital, and Boston Children's Hospital

In 1994, the two largest affiliated hospitals of Harvard Medical School in the United States, Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, jointly established the Partners HealthCare system. Its member units have grown to more than ten, including five affiliated hospitals of Harvard Medical School. II. Project Overview

Project Topic: Harvard Medical School Advanced Health Management Training Program

Training objects: hospital presidents, vice presidents, middle and senior management personnel, department directors, head nurses, etc.

Current population: 30

Departure time: November 4th, 2018

Training time: 2 weeks

Training purpose: To learn about the medical system and reform experience in the United States, and promote hospital reform and management in China

Learning forms: classroom lectures, teacher student discussions, hospital observation, student exchanges, etc.

Lecturer: Dean, management, and professor experts from medical institutions such as Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard Medical School Affiliated Hospital, and Tufts Medical Center

Learning location: classroom at Harvard Medical School, Changmu Medical District (LMA), Boston, Massachusetts General Hospital, etc.

Learning content: A total of 22 lecture classes (adjusted and modified according to the situation and requirements of each session of the students)

Hospitals and other healthcare institutions exchange visits: Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, BWH, Dana Faber Cancer Center, Massachusetts Council, Tufts Medical Center, etc.

Living and logistics arrangements: During the study period, stay in Changmu Medical District or a star hotel near Harvard Medical School. During the study period, walk or take a bus, or use a group car (for field trips, field research, and long-distance trips from the east to the west) to take a large tourist car
