COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control plan

According to the Guiding Opinions on Doing Well in the Normalized Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic Situation (GXD [2020] No. 14), the spirit of relevant provincial and municipal documents, and the requirements of the Work Plan for the Normalized Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic Situation of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, issued by the State Council in response to the recent issue of the General Team of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of COVID-19, the following plans are formulated in accordance with the unified deployment of superior departments and the actual situation.

I. Participants

Personnel (including foreign guests) coming from abroad to Nanjing must be intensively isolated for 14 days, and be isolated at home for 7 days. They must provide a certificate of isolation removal and a negative nucleic acid test report within 72 hours before the registration date before attending the meeting.

Personnel from or through medium to high risk areas in China (see Attachment 1) must be quarantined for 14 days after leaving the medium to high risk area, and provide a certificate of isolation removal and a negative nucleic acid test report within 72 hours before the registration date before participating in the meeting.

Personnel from or through non high-risk areas such as Lu'an, Hefei, Anhui, Shenyang, and Yingkou, Liaoning must provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 72 hours before the registration date to participate in the meeting.

4. You must wear a mask throughout the meeting.

It is recommended that those with fever (& ge; 37.3 ℃) and/or respiratory symptoms not participate in the meeting.

II. Meeting check-in

1. On the day of registration, guide personnel to report in an orderly manner, wear masks throughout the process, avoid personnel gathering, and maintain a 1-meter spacing.

2. The check-in personnel shall take a temperature measurement, show their health code and itinerary code, show a negative nucleic acid test report, and a certificate of isolation removal (required). They can only participate in the meeting if they meet the epidemic prevention and control requirements.

III. Meeting Place

1. The entrance and exit temperature monitoring system is implemented at the conference venue. If all personnel have fever (& ge; 37.3 ℃) and/or respiratory symptoms, they should promptly report to the conference team, which should promptly contact the medical support team for treatment.

2. The distance between seats in the venue shall be controlled at least 1 meter, and indoor participants shall wear masks throughout the entire process.

3. Strengthen indoor air flow in the venue, and increase ventilation through opening doors or windows.

Prepare a quick drying hand disinfectant at the entrance of the meeting venue to remind participants to conduct hand hygiene in a timely manner.

5. All personnel shall eat separately to reduce gathering.

6. All personnel shall strictly implement the provisions on the prevention and control of the COVID-19, and bear the consequences if there is any concealment or omission.
