During the study period, on-site visits and observations were conducted to visit well-known American hospitals such as Massachusetts General Hospital, BWH, and Dana Faber Cancer Institute. Discussions were held with senior executives and medical experts from these medical institutions to discuss management experience

The students of the study sincerely marveled at the great benefits of their trip to Boston. On the one hand, they were able to listen to the wonderful lectures from top masters from Harvard Medical School in person, and were impressed by their scholarly demeanor and profound teaching art. They had a deeper understanding and understanding of their own medical work.
