On the afternoon of October 23, a joint construction and cooperation meeting between the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and EVO Medical International on the "Nobel Workstation" was held in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the meeting, Vice President Fan Zhimin briefly introduced the development needs of the new hospital. Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is also known as Nanjing Red Cross Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Founded in 1956, it is located on the bank of the Qinhuai River in the famous Confucius Temple at home and abroad. It is a comprehensive Grade III Grade A TCM hospital with advanced equipment, strong technology, and complete specialties, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, and rehabilitation

With the continuous improvement of the comprehensive level of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research, Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has become a national drug clinical trial institution, an international internship training base for traditional Chinese medicine education of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a clinical base for the International acupuncture and moxibustion Training Center of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a training base for general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province, a standardized training base for general practitioners in Jiangsu Province, a base for transforming traditional Chinese medicine into medicine in Nanjing Nanjing General Surgery Clinical Medical Center, etc. He is now the vice chairman unit of the Anal and Intestinal Branch of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the chairman member and affiliated unit of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy, Nanjing Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Nanjing acupuncture and moxibustion Society. Currently, the hospital is facing new development opportunities. The Nanjing Municipal Government has started construction of the Southern New Town Medical Center, which covers an area of 100 mu, a total construction area of 300000 m2, and 1500 beds. It is expected to be put into use in three years. At that time, the modern Nanjing Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will provide comprehensive medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and preventive health care services with distinctive Chinese characteristics for the health of the entire city's people
